In this paper proposes a method to solve fuzzy assignment problems by employing the Fourier elimination method, where all parameters are represented as triangular fuzzy numbers. The fuzzy numbers are converted into crisp numbers using ranking functions, particularly Robust Ranking methods. This approach aims to optimize the assignment of tasks to individuals, maximizing potential participant and minimizing total fuzzy assignment cost and time. The method is illustrated through a numerical example in the paper.
