Starting from acetylated glucopyranosyl-2-s-benzyl-isothicarbamides and aryl
isocyanates, various isothiobiurets are synthesized.This converted high isolated yields
which can find application in the area of medicinal chemistry. The identities of these
newly synthesized compounds are established on the basis of elemental analysis
IR,1HNMR, Mass, and 13CNMR spectral analysis.
