Description :
The electrical conduction mechanism of polyaniline-benzoic acid blend pellet
has been studied at various temperatures in the range 313K to 353K. The results are
presented in the form of I-V characteristics. Analysis has been made in the light of
Poole-Frenkel, Fowler-Nordheim, Schottky, Ln(J) versus T plots, Richardson and
Arrhenius plots. Results analysed suggest that, Schottky-Richardson mechanism is
primarily responsible for observed conduction.
